Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order shipping date. Free shipping on returns and exchanges within 30 days (1 free return/exchange per order).

Return labels must be used within 5 days of issue.

Orders returned for refund will be refunded to the same method of payment: product price, less initial shipping charges and 3% merchant fees.

Due to lab charges, returned custom prescription orders will be refunded 1/2 the custom upfit price. Custom prescription changes will be charged for prescription remake only.
