The Altitude FLT18 pilot sunglasses have precision optics designed specifically for aviators. Our top-of-the-line lenses feature notch filtering technology for contrast, clarity, and performance that is second to none. Each lens option utilizes special thin-film coating technologies to dial in specific amounts of visible light (VLT) suited to pilot preferences and light levels for typical routes.

Lens Technology

FLT lenses by Method Seven are the first to offer notch filtering in lightweight, shatterproof lenses. Constructed from a durable polymer with dual high-quality coatings, FLT lenses are at the cutting edge of aviation optics. Enhanced contrast, impossible clarity, world-class performance: these are not your father's aviators. The FLT 18% (Medium) is a great choice for general and mixed conditions. Though it has a similar VLT to most other avionic sunglasses, notch filtering and world-class protection make this lens superior to others on the market.

Frame Technology

The Altitude FLT18 aviator sunglasses have frame's with advanced construction that  combines titanium alloy and cutting edge injected plastics for incredible fit and peripheral vision with unique styling. The frames are designed specifically for headsets.

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail and Priority Mail®.

Orders returned for refund will be refunded to the same method of payment: product price, less initial shipping charges and merchant fees. To cover lab charges, custom prescriptions are refunded at half price.
